HOW TO DOWNLOAD & INSTALL

 

1.       Please follow this link to access the installation page

2.       Click the Install button

3.       Open & Run the downloaded file "setup.exe"

4.       The application will begin installing - please click "install" when prompted.

5.       The installer will now download the latest version. It may take a few minutes.

6.       The application will automatically open in your task bar at the bottom of the screen. If you need to find it later, open your start Menu and look under "TRUEPBX"

 

Note: Each time you open the application, it will check for updates and install automatically. If an update is available, this will only take a minute or two.

 

 ACTIVATING YOUR LICENSE

 

1.       When you open the application for the first time, you will not be able to use it until you activate your license.

2.       Click the License button

3.       Click and highlight the Product Key

4.       Send the product key, your extension number, and your company name to support@truecom.com.au.

You can add multiple licenses to your email if you wish. Licenses are unique to each computer.

5.       For each product key, we will send you an activation key. This activation key should be entered below and press Activate when complete.

 

 SETTING UP YOUR CLIENT

 

You only need to complete this once (see above)

1.       Enter your extension number in the field provided. (e.g. 522)

2.       Please enter your PBX Domain (e.g. 12345.pbx2.0101.net.au)

3.       Enter your web password

4.       Press Login. If your details are correct, they will be saved automatically so you dont need to enter them again later.
